This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of orders placed with Prusio ("we," "our," or "us") through PRUSIO.COM (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1.Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your project needs. Estimated delivery times are based on in-stock items shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

The Prusio Advantage: Standard Ground shipping is FREE on most orders with no minimum spending requirement.

2.Expedited Shipping

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders for in-stock items with expedited shipping (2Day, Overnight) placed before 10:00 AM (EST), Monday–Friday, will be shipped the same day.
  • Processing: Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.
  • Tiered Benefits: Free expedited shipping may be offered based on your account's Tiered Pricing level, order value, or delivery address.

3.Freight Shipping (Large or Heavy Items)

Freight shipping is available for bulk orders and heavy equipment.

  • Quotes: Freight incurs additional charges based on weight and destination. Please contact us for a custom quote.
  • Location Requirements: The delivery address must be a commercial location with a forklift or loading dock.
  • Residential Delivery: Residential deliveries and liftgate services will incur additional surcharges.

4.Shipment Tracking & Security

Once an order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. To ensure the security of your professional equipment, orders over $750 require an adult signature upon delivery.

5.Shipping Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Address Errors: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing suite number), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and re-shipping costs.
  • Refused Shipments: If a package is returned and the customer declines re-shipping, a partial refund will be issued. The original shipping costs incurred by Prussia Tools will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Intercepts: Address changes requested after an item has shipped may incur additional carrier fees.

6.PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

  • Under 1 lb: Qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.
  • Over 1 lb: May require additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote before finalizing your order.

7.Inventory & Backorders

  • Live Updates: Current inventory status is displayed in real-time on our Site.
  • Backorders: Typically have a lead time of 10 business days. If an order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will ship the available items first at no additional cost to you.

8.Shipping Claims

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
