Return & Exchange Policy

At Prusio, we want to ensure you have the right tools for the job. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

1.Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Return Authorization: All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Deadline: Once authorized, the item must be shipped back within 14 days, or the return request will be closed.

2.Condition & Packaging Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must be in brand new, unused condition and include:

All original manuals, accessories, and documentation.

The original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

Important: Do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping box. Please place the item inside a separate shipping carton.

  • Restocking Fees: No fees apply to new, unused items. However, if an item is returned used, missing packaging, or missing accessories, a restocking fee may apply, or the return may be denied.
  • Inaccurate Claims: If a prepaid label is provided for a "defective" claim that is found to be inaccurate upon inspection, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4.The Return Process

  • Request Authorization: Log into your account and submit a return request to receive your RMA.
  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival. This typically takes 3–4 business days.
  • Resolution: Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.

5.Manufacturer Warranties

For products that develop defects after the 30-day Prusio return window, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with your tool. We are happy to assist you with manufacturer contact information if needed.

6.Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Prusio strictly prohibits fraudulent activity, including:

  • False Claims: Filing fake defect or damage reports.
  • Swap Fraud: Returning a different or older unit than the one purchased.
  • Intentional Damage: Damaging products to force a return.
  • Fraudulent accounts will be terminated immediately, and all accumulated reward points and tiered pricing benefits will be forfeited.
